for Direct Sales
Introduction
These Terms and Conditions apply to direct sales via our online eStore. Sales to Retailers and Distributors are covered by the Terms and Conditions on the back of the Retailer and Distributor Order Forms. Retailers and Distributors: Please contact us for order information.. The purpose of this text is to let you know our policies, plans and intentions in doing business with you. Summed up, we want you to be happy, to know that we appreciate your business, and to know that we promise to keep your personal information private and confidential.
Contacting Customers
We will contact you in connection with your instructions and keep you well informed should we have any difficulties providing you with the specific goods ordered, to be delivered by your date specified. We promise not to send you email unrelated to Innovatium. When you place an order with us, we may subscribe you to our electronic newsletter. The newsletter is sent out a few times a year. Unsubscribing may be done easily from the newsletter for those who do not wish to receive it.
Users and guests of our site may subscribe to our newsletter from the link at the bottom of each page. We reserve the right to modify the list of newsletter recipients.
Payment
We accept online credit card submissions, which are subjected to authorization and verification at the time of submission. We also accept off-line credit card submissions through the use of our order form, which may be mailed to us. Credit cards submitted off-line will be authorized and verified before the order is fulfilled. We also accept money orders, certified checks, and personal checks. For personal checks, orders will be fulfilled after the checks have cleared.
Up-To-Date Stock Information
We undertake to supply you with the goods described in these Web Pages or in our brochure by any date you might reasonably request. If you have an urgent order it is always advisable to discuss your requirement on the telephone at the number listed in our Customer Service Policy section (below). Unless we have specifically agreed otherwise, delivery will be as soon as possible and not longer than 30 days. If we cannot fulfill these terms, we will contact you as soon as we know to inform you and come up with a mutually agreeable solution.
Guarantee & Warranty
We unconditionally guarantee our products against manufacturing and material defects. We guarantee your satisfaction with our products. If you are unsatisfied with any of our products. If you are unhappy with our product, please contact us for a full refund or replacement.
Transaction Security Policy
We utilize industry standard transaction security mechanisms including the use of a Certifying Authority for certificate authorization, SSL, isolated customer database, offsite, encrypted backups of customer information, no storage of credit card data with customer database. If you have any concerns with transaction security, please contact us. We would be happy to hear from you.
Customer Responsibilities
In supplying payment information, you avow that you are authorized to make the requested purchases with the credit card information you provide.

Delivery Policy
Please realize that we rely upon third party delivery services (Fed Ex, for example) to fulfill our contract with you. We monitor the performance of our carriers continuously. While the vast majority of packages are successfully delivered, there are occasionally, due to circumstances entirely beyond our control, our goods are misdirected. We are committed to resolving any such issues with all due celerity.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Naturally, in the event that we cannot satisfy a customer through our guarantees and service policies, customers agree to resolve disputes with a suitable, third-party negotiator.
Transaction Currency
All transactions will be conducted in US Dollars.
Export Restrictions
There are no known export restrictions on any of our products. That said, we would be happy to ship our products to you anywhere in the world you would like.
